Empowered Virtual Solutions is the employer of your Virtual Assistant but they are assigned to work on your task. Your VA will be a dedicated employee of your organization and will work the same work schedule each day in your preferred time zone.

This also means that we cover all things from HR, Payroll, disruption and replacement cover, and more so that you don’t have to.

We hire proficient English-speaking Virtual Assistants to remove the communication barriers you may encounter with freelancers and other outsourcing providers.

You will be able to experience their communication skills during your interview and may administer any mini-test activities you wish for further verification of their skill-sets.

Yes, there is. Once you have selected your Virtual Assistant, there is a minimum of 3 months between you and your Virtual Assistant. Just like a probationary period that you may find in the workplace, it requires at least 3 months of on-boarding to be able to judge if your Virtual Assistant is up for the tasks in your organisation.

Should you be unhappy with the services of your Virtual Assistant you have our guarantee that we will replace your VA free of charge up to the first 6 months of working together.

In the first 30 days with your Virtual Assistant, our designated Team Leader will meet your VA twice per week, then once per week starting the second until the third month and fortnightly on the succeeding months to oversee the relationship between you and your Virtual Assistant and to provide you with ongoing support.

You will also meet our designated Team Leader once a week during the first 30 days then fortnightly until the third month

calls are 15 min 1on 1 and then weekly calls in group with supervisors

Our key project management tool is Asana and we create Asana projects for all of our clients as well as show you how to use the tool free of charge.

All our Virtual Assistants are required to send you a daily handover where they will list all the tasks that they've worked on each day and any issues they have encountered.

We will also monitor their performances using a time tracking too to give you an additional peace of mind. However we always encourage our clients to place trust in their capabilities and loyalty and measure their results rather than relying on the time tracking tool app.

In the absence of your VA due to health reasons, the Empowering Virtual Solutions Team will allocate a temporary VA that will step in to help and support you for the time being.

If your VA has worked for a minimum of 1 year they are entitled to 5 days of paid leave in accordance with Philippine laws.

It is up to you if you would like to require your VA to work during Australian public holidays, most clients do allow their Virtual Assistants days off around Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

But some VAs may request time off during their public holidays in the Philippines. Your Virtual Assistant will be required to send you any unpaid or paid leave requests as per our leave terms.

In case of work interruptions such as power outages, internet issues, or family emergencies, your Virtual Assistant is instructed to send immediate notice to our Management Team and to you.

If the Virtual Assistant was working on an urgent task for you, we will find you a fast replacement to get the work done.

Virtual Assistants are entitled to a non-paid lunch break. It is up to you and your VA whether you want your VA to work longer shifts and have a 1 hour lunch break or a 30 min break instead.

We highly recommend for your business to invest in a vault app such as 1password to secure your logins from your VA. You can also create different vaults within the 1password app and share only the vault that is needed by your VA.

Here at Empowering Virtual Solutions it takes 1 month for the VA to go through the interview process and be fully trained. However we have VAs going through the hire and training process regularly so there is always someone available and you don’t have to wait. 

After we provide you with up to two candidates, we arrange a video interview for you and the candidate on Zoom. During this interview, our VA Coordinator will be present to facilitate this meeting so that you cover all of the important questions.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the shortlisted candidates after the interview, we can provide you with more candidates to interview.

Yes there is no limit to the number of VA you can hire. Have a conversation with our team to help you in making this decision for your business

if you are not happy with your Virtual Assistant for any reason, please notify us immediately so we can help you find a replacement as quickly as possible.
In the first 6 months of probationary period we will support you in working with your VA. However should you not be happy with their performances we will replace your VA free of charge.
After this date please notify our team if you need a replacement.
You have a few options:

1. Continue working with your current VA until we find you a replacement
2. Stop working with your current VA (we will pause your payment and make sure you are only charged from the day the new Virtual Assistant starts work) and send us a email with final end of employment date and reason for terminating them and we will find you a replacement.

When you engage with Empowering Virtual Solutions, you are required to pay a deposit fee (the team will provide you with the application form). Once this deposit has been made, we will start recruiting for your VA position.

Once you’ve selected your chosen Virtual Assistant, we will arrange a weekly scheduled payment process with you during our client on-boarding process. This payment will be auto-debited to a credit or debit card.

When your weekly scheduled payment has been set-up successfully, your Virtual Assistant services can commence and your payments will be auto-debited on the same day weekly unless otherwise specified.

If your VA is needed more than the agreed upon hours during the week then you can take hours from the next week where they will do less. The VAs here at Empowering Virtual Solutions are very flexible and we understand there will be times when you need your VA to work more or less. If however, you find you need your VA to consistently do more hours then it would be time to consider a second VA.

No, the full-time or part-time hours with your VA can only be used within the same month unless otherwise specified.

Should you decide to cancel your Virtual Assistant services, we require a 30 days written notice.

However, the initial 3 months commitment will need to be paid in full.
