2. Fill out the onboarding forms which include a VA application form and a simple DiSC test. 
3. Our Australian-based VA Specialist walks you through our Membership where you can access a VA Mini-Course and help you prepare the tools while waiting for your VA.  They will also be the ones to find your VA matches and arrange the interview process     
4. Meet the candidates via Zoom and either select a VA to begin working with or choose to conduct a 1-week trial of both VAs if you can't choose! 
5. VA Handover Meeting with your chosen VA, our client task manager, and your team leader to ensure all tasks you need to delegate to the VA are scheduled to your preference ahead of their first working day with you.                                                                        

Yes, we do! Most of our clients are based in Australia and New Zealand but we work with clients in the USA, Canada, Europe, and other parts of the world.

A Full-Time Virtual Assistant works 40 hours per week whereas a Part-Time Virtual Assistant works 20 hours per week. If you’re unsure as to which type of package you need, our VA Specialist will give you recommendations after your VA Gamechanger Call.

Empowered Virtual Solution is the employer of your Virtual Assistant but they are assigned to work on your tasks. Your VA will be a dedicated employee of your organization and will work the same work schedule each day in your preferred time zone. This also means that we cover all things from HR, Payroll, disruption, and replacement cover, and more so that you don’t have to.

Yes, there is. Once you have selected your Virtual Assistant, there is a minimum of 3 months between you and your Virtual Assistant. Just like a probationary period that you may find in the workplace, it requires at least 3 months of on-boarding to be able to judge if your Virtual Assistant is up for the tasks in your organisation.

In the first 30 days with your Virtual Assistant, your designated Team Leader will meet your VA weekly before transitioning to fortnightly and then monthly to oversee the relationship between you and your Virtual Assistant and to provide you with ongoing support. You will also meet our designated Team Leader once a week during the first 30 days then fortnightly until the third month calls. You can also join our Monthly CEO Academy coaching class, and meet other business owners 

All our Virtual Assistants are required to send you a daily handover where they will list all the tasks that they've worked on each day and any issues they have encountered. We will also monitor their performances using a time tracking tool to give you an additional peace of mind. However we always encourage our clients to place trust in their capabilities and loyalty and measure their results rather than relying on the time tracking tool app.

Empowering Virtual Solutions VAs have set Public Holidays each year in accordance with the Philippines(?) calendar.  A copy of this will be sent to you once you join the agency

We highly recommend for your business to invest in a vault app such as 1password to secure your logins from your VA. You can also create different vaults within the 1password app and share only the vault that is needed by your VA. We also hire a company that will install an anti-virus app that will protect your VA's computer for any threats.

When you engage with Empowering Virtual Solution, you are required to pay a deposit fee which is one month payment of your chosen package. Once this deposit has been made, we will start recruiting for your VA position. Your second payment is due 3 days prior to your Virtual Assistant starting their first working day with you.  Our policy is that all clients operate in our 2 months in advance structure
